 | Ladd McNamara received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, and received his medical doctorate (M.D.) from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas in 1989. Dr. McNamara then completed his residency training at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. in 1993. While in his residency, Dr. Ladd McNamara received both the “Teaching Resident of the Year Award”, and “The Resident of the Year Award”. Dr. McNamara has authored books on nutritional supplementation, e.g., “The Cholesterol Conspiracy”, conducted and published medical studies in traditional medical journals, written chapters for medical textbooks, articles for magazines and has been featured on both radio and television in regard to “anti-aging medicine” and the maintenance of health through lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, adequate sleep, and reduced stress, along with proper vitamins, mineral and antioxidant supplementation. |
